A new format for the cooking school, a combination between a professional school, inside a castle and the creation of new amateur schools that exploit the technologies and the knowledge of the professional level to entertain the neophyte or the simple cooking enthusiast . The amateur one is not just a school but a place to take courses, team building parties as well as make themed lunches and dinners.
